But, with one seat spare in the family minibus, the couple feel they still have a gap to fill. 7 t' P: Y; A; \7 n

Less than a month after giving birth to their newest addition, Mrs Warriner is already broody for a tenth baby. % l0 g5 K; d$ Z3 b! R# M ) P( o7 B* j; a) F0 ?- h"I’m hooked on the adrenaline rush I get from having a beautiful baby and it is a miracle that lasts a lifetime," said the former nursery manager, 32. 4 v# v. L( U$ [

"We have one more seat to fill in our 12-seater minibus. If my husband said that’s it, we would stop, but we both enjoy having children so much." 3 \" @3 n; i; g4 T
" |2 t$ q I. \: R" o3 aThe couple support their six girls and three boys on the wages Mr Warriner earns as a police sergeant, without the aid of benefits. ) t7 ` t4 n+ [# m. D) r! n N4 E
Their oldest child, Eryn, is nine. A year after her birth, the couple had Jackson, now eight, followed two years later by Harrison, six. $ g+ W c6 y( l6 A* P , y+ e) g" T) \2 p8 AAnother boy, Callan, arrived in 2003 and was followed by threeyear- old Taitum. 9 A' o8 a( }& s: {% ?- k- D" c$ K1 h3 E$ u7 H) k
In March 2005, Rayna had triplet girls Ilish, Romany and Meredith, who are now 23 months. / g: ?/ x9 R' o: R7 X- m- n6 A
: Y6 F% n. h+ ?) b6 j% @- |Then on January 27 she gave birth to Avie, weighing 7lb 11oz, at Poole Hospital in Dorset. 9 H2 @! W5 n& z D* L6 p - |+ r; @- O! A& y, `' }She had a difficult labour this time round, and needed a blood transfusion after problems with the placenta. 8 L% P0 b. @+ b9 E C0 N3 i9 Y% E7 w% l1 F, R C
Mrs Warriner is now considered to be at high risk of complications if she becomes pregnant again. ' G+ o9 ~% g2 Y. H6 i7 C# S . V1 t) Z% V" @& Q. r/ q# \But despite the potential problems, and the considerable squeeze on their finances, she says she remains hooked on motherhood. 0 O9 q6 z% F( x3 P* j& i; o: }; r$ Q4 M7 `6 @
"We are not planning to have another one at the moment but we’ll have to wait and see what comes. ( T+ I& i& h6 O+ T3 s3 s% p: X

"People think we are mad but the children are our life and bring us so much pleasure. " i, d# X, V; F* l
% p6 ]2 e1 U( y8 [; Q) K"When we married we said we’d have six, then my husband joked that we’d have eight to wind my mother up, but we’ve gone beyond a joke now." 1 H3 Z+ A7 `6 e/ ^3 F# R
/ g- ~2 @' d. D7 r+ ? N% CMrs Warriner spends her exhausting 17-hour day ferrying her children to various schools and nurseries, doing four loads of washing, shopping, cooking, cleaning and reading countless bedtime stories. 0 P' c1 M) X: V5 P4 U# l
) i9 ~9 Z$ Z" j* z- x" b6 rTo accommodate their family, the couple, from Bournemouth, have had an extra-large bath fitted and have extended their six-bedroom detached house. . o3 X8 S6 i: z) @, K j) z& a2 O% n( k a$ \& O* X0 I
They spend £170 a week on their food bill. And as a result of rising bills, they have not been on holiday for three years. - V( v2 Y& Y3 ~' x* G! H" Y% J( L9 O: H; W6 Q/ q- a8 i
They struggle to organise even a weekend away as hotels and holiday homes are unable to accommodate so many children. 4 _$ K9 K9 J6 ~# x+ n9 f1 f/ J8 M9 o! i) P2 B1 K
Mr Warriner, 45, who is applying for promotion to inspector to help support his brood, added: "When we got married ten years ago, Rayna said she’d like four children and I joked that I wanted eight. + T4 f( _: K( Z, O9 k 7 C7 ^# k4 O4 ]"We agreed to settle for six but it hasn’t worked out that way." 3 r$ O }0 J* h1 a, y T
2 T3 y; s6 \2 j E- [, r( L6 SHe added: "We haven’t had a holiday for years or a night out together. We don’t have a social life but I don’t feel I’m missing out."
