: y5 E7 m) y9 ~' Z. E3月22日,普利茅斯地方法院向查利发出了一条「反社会行为规则」(ASBO)禁令,并且出于维护公共利益的考虑,一反常态地将这名未成年人的大名公布于众。根据该禁令,未来2年中,查利在没有家长陪伴的情况下,不得擅自外出、夜间出行,不得喝酒和点火,不得宣誓,不得与其它流氓同伙来往,不得向他人和建筑物投掷东西,未经他人同意,不得闯入他人住宅和花园。该禁令同时意味著,一旦查利违反了上述种种规定,员警将有权将其当场逮捕、关禁闭,并且送往司法机关法办。 : b' L+ ?( N, H$ c: r6 B \ |- {3 U" B: E7 v* L& N

"One elderly resident said his life had been sheer hell, and he had gone to extreme lengths to protect his property from Charlie."
