一般修改论文都是以页数来算钱的吧。如果只是一篇30到40页的论文收费75，就有点贵了。

the standard page number of a diploma thesis is 70. The price is ok.
however, before a student starts his thesis, he must sign the agreement that he will finish the work without any external help except the supervision of the institute. Thus it is illegal if the thesis is reviewed by other people.
Writing technical report is an important ability for the engineers. we shall do it ourselves.
