属于预付费卡，无月租，lyca之间电话免费，拨打德国的手机和座机，9 cent/min，发德国短信每条9 cent。拨打国内手机和座机每分钟1 cent，初次接通费15 cent。

用这个卡很久了 很不错  想在lotto买充值卡充值 但是lotto说没有lycamobile充值卡 大家有买过的吗？ 是不是买vodefone的充值卡就行 谢谢

    你可以通过网络激活，不过我当时是通过拨打322，客服激活的，那天他们网络有问题。

    我也经常收到短信，这个卡的弊端就是资费标准不稳定。
