Plant Management System Coordinator(Zhangjiagang)
Entry Level Position
- Collect and manage all on-going projects in plant management department - Put on a record in advance for projects which are ready to kick-off - Provide training of project management methodologies - Coordinate the project among functional teams and solve conflicts - Assist lean production engineer implement activities for plant operations to achieve results based on strategy development - Make annual strategy development plans with department managers with continuous improvement projects of variable cost productivity, safety, quality etc - Provide projects coaching for site employees based on needs and requirements - Work closely with production team to coordinate Lean activities, providing prioritization on projects/tasks and production support - Assist to implement CBS, CIM, PIP etc., projects with relevant departments - Other tasks arranged by supervisor
