Operation Management Engineer for Service Business (需自代工签,工作地为杜塞尔多夫)

Responsibilities:

Business Mgt:
•Responsible for the annual financial budget and business plan organization, routinely to review and control the progress of business plan execution and finance achievement.
•Construction and management the rules of Delivery & Service business operation and data (Finance and Business) collecting and accounting.
•Taking charge of the WEU Service Cost Baseline and Labor Hours Mgt, to improve the cost mgt and improve the HR efficiency.
•Work with each business dept and support them to push or solve the key operation issue.

Operation Supporting:
•Annual business plan meeting organization and other key issue supporting.

Requirements:

•Educational degree: Bachelor or Above, Related to Telecommunication Technology, Financial & Business Management.
•More than one and half year Business management experience, Abundant professional knowledge and practical experience.
•Good communication ability, orally, and written in English and Chinese.
•Skillful in Excel, Word and PowerPoint operation.
•Excellent interpersonal communication ability, Good learning ability.
•Team player able to work well within a dynamic fast paced environment.
•High level of motivation and commitment.
