[职场信息] Service Engineer (Terminal) from Huawei Technologies

Main responsibilities

In this challenging position your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Technical problem investigation and close communication with R&D to define solutions for Terminal products
Authorized Service Partner management, including hotline training, monthly report analysis, logistic optimization, repair service management, etc.
Close communication with German operators, including routine meetings, participation in service related contract negotiation, hotline training for new products, etc.
Identification of a service strategy in the German open market, including marketing research for service sale and building up a service mode for open market processes

Qualification:

Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science / Information Technology or relevant experience
3-5 years work experience in IT industry
Experience in open market management or with German main operators or a multinational terminal product company is considered an advantage
Solution oriented person with a strong target orientation and self-motivation
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Proficient in English and German, other languages would be an added advantage.
