Global Graduate Program, in order to cultivate high-quality and internationalization graduates to support Schunk Group global tasks. The duration of training is 18 months. The training adapt with class style training, practical training and on-the-job training and etc. mainly in Taicang company in China, HQ in Germany and subsidiaries of the German headquarters in other countries in order to improve each trainee's occupational quality and professional skills. After training, the trainee will be created a position by Schunk Group based on group development planning, his/her practical abilities and willingness.
崇德集团国际培训生项目,旨在培养高素质和国际化的毕业生支持崇德集团全球性任务。项目培训期为18个月,将在江苏太仓公司、德国总部及德国总部在其他国家的子公司进行培训和轮岗。培训期间将融合课堂培训、实践培训及在岗培训等来提升每一位培训生的职业素养与专业技能。培训结束后,集团将依据集团规划、培训生实际能力和发展意愿给予培训生定岗。
Weiss-Voetsch Environmental Testing Instruments (Taicang) Co., Ltd. is the main production base of environmental simulation equipments of Schunk Group in the Asia-Pacific region. Since 2004, we have been manufacturing and selling standard and walk-in environmental simulation test systems. By simulation of various climate conditions these systems help customers in the industry of Automotive, Electronics, Aerospace, New Energy, Biology, Pharmaceuticals etc., to ensure and further improve the functionality, stability and quality of their products and materials prior to their actual use.
伟思富奇环境试验仪器(太仓)有限公司是崇德集团在泛亚太地区唯一的环境模拟设备生产基地。自2004年以来,我们在太仓生产和销售标准型和步入式环境模拟试验系统,这些试验系统可以模拟不同的气候条件,用来帮助汽车,电子,航空航天,新能源,生物,制药,化工等行业的客户,确保和提升产品和物料在实际使用前的功能性,稳定性和质量。
Qualification and Experiences:
1. Graduates with above average academic performance. Master Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electric Automation, Mechatronics, Refrigeration or other relative technology major
2. International experiences e.g. semester abroad, practical training or practical work abroad
3. Practical experiences e.g. apprenticeship or practical training with regard to the target field is desirable
