eCampus says it is making the most of Amazons decision to end textbook rentals.The company, which sells textbooks and course materials, announced Tuesday  May 23  that it would keep offering textbook rentals, something it had been doing in partnership with Amazon. WeChat, the China-based social media and messaging service, is aiming to expand in Europe and the U.S. to develop a payment service and lure new advertisers.According to a report in Bloomberg, WeChat, which is owned by Chinas Tencent, is opening an office in the U.K. and another European country. WeChat is already in Italy.
