Hapur: Tension gripped a Hapur village after a 25-year-old young man was beaten to death by an angry mob, sources said on Wednesday.   According to the sources, the victim Irshad Mohammad   motorbike had hit a man, who was taking part in Dusshera celebrations in Luhari village late on Tuesday night.
