不知道大家有没有收到ISE的Fachschaft的邮件？！我copy了一部分内容
A completed and signed AFFIDAVIT from your parent(s)/sponsor(s). The
affidavit has to be notarized (certified) by a legitimate notary public in the
country of residence of the parent(s)/sponsor(s). (Please note that this letter is
strictly intended for internal use - for University record purposes only!)
2. A copy of your Transcript (Notenspiegel), obtainable from Pruefungsamt.
3. A copy of your Immatikulationsbescheinigung from the University Automats.
4. A completed and signed “Antrag auf Befreiung von der Beitragspflicht” form,
(Tuition fee exemption application form), which is available at
Studierendensekretariat.
5. Please submit all of the above-named documents at one of the following offices
of Studierendensekretariat till Friday 9th March 2007!
• Studierendensekretariat Campus Duisburg
Geibelstr.41, Dienstgebaude SG
• Studierendensekretariat Campus Essen
Universitaetstr.2, Dienstgebaude T03 R00
里边好像说父母签字是需要公证的吧？！还是今天刚讨论的结果是不需要公证了呢？ |
