, n# R+ s% Y; k) w, x" O　　小生命带来快乐，但是，照顾孩子相当辛苦。雷娜每日忙足了17小时，要接送孩子到不同学校、每天洗衣服也要洗上4遍，工作量比一般主妇多几倍，一家11口全靠沃里纳的一份薪水养活。夫妇俩已经3年没有放假了，也很少见朋友，但是，沃里纳说：“这个家是我们的命根，我不觉得缺乏什么。”

The couple support their six girls and three boys on the wages Mr Warriner earns as a police sergeant, without the aid of benefits.

Their oldest child, Eryn, is nine. A year after her birth, the couple had Jackson, now eight, followed two years later by Harrison, six.

She had a difficult labour this time round, and needed a blood transfusion after problems with the placenta.

Mrs Warriner is now considered to be at high risk of complications if she becomes pregnant again. 5 m& e+ U+ ^3 j) L' C

"We are not planning to have another one at the moment but we’ll have to wait and see what comes.

Mrs Warriner spends her exhausting 17-hour day ferrying her children to various schools and nurseries, doing four loads of washing, shopping, cooking, cleaning and reading countless bedtime stories.

They spend £170 a week on their food bill. And as a result of rising bills, they have not been on holiday for three years.

They struggle to organise even a weekend away as hotels and holiday homes are unable to accommodate so many children.

6 A8 p9 D# C9 j- d& c. `; cMr Warriner, 45, who is applying for promotion to inspector to help support his brood, added: "When we got married ten years ago, Rayna said she’d like four children and I joked that I wanted eight. 0 E: `& V0 m+ N! a$ [

"We agreed to settle for six but it hasn’t worked out that way."
