请教在德读博事宜

本人现在国内攻读硕士，但我是以同等学历的身份报考的硕士，即未经过本科阶段而直接以专科学历报考。想请教各位，毕业时用现在的硕士学位申请德国就读博士可行么？

But the most of information on the web of universities and research institutes is written in German.I can only use in English to some extent.
