申博继续求助：教授让我申请DAAD的奖学金

各位兄弟姐妹们，现在好吗，大家想俺吗？多口水，少点砖头，hugs....

教授让我申请DAAD的奖学金，并答应给我写推荐信，我不明就里，就问教授是否是我已经被录取了，但是他没有正面回答，只是说申请的是normal doctoral stipend..是不是说，如果我能申请下来是不是就可以去上学了？？赫赫。。

此外，如果各位有相关奖学金消息，还请不吝赐教，赐教，俺一定请客的说，赫赫。。我希望一辈子呆在学校里面。。。

如果你能成功申请到奖学金，那你教授肯定是要你的，呵呵。

你教授的问题应该是没有钱给你，为了让你有经济来源足以支持你的学业他推荐你申请奖学金，所以现在你的问题不在于教授要不要你，而是是否成功申请奖学金，相对于申请奖学金来说，教授答应当你的导师那是不难的事情，录不录取那都只是教授一句话而已。

我到了daad的中国网站上，看到有个博士生的奖学金信息，http://www.daad.org.cn/4_1_3.htm，但是后来发现是和国家留学基金委合作的，并且有个需要填写的项目是现在单位的确认信，即确认会放人，并且回原单位工作。因为我是从德国回国没有找工作的，这是不是表明我无法来申请这个奖学金了。。。。 各位能给看看我还可以申请那种奖学金吗？谢谢了。。。

我这几天焦头烂额的，一堆作业啊！而且家里没网了，在学校无线网络怎么都连不上。。。
今天终于抽空在系里的机房上网来看一眼，就被楼主发现了。。。
简单说一下我的看法：同意２楼的。文科的项目大概没什么钱，教授想要你，但是没钱给你，所以要你自己申请奖学金。DAAD的奖学金种类不少（虽然我没仔细研究过），楼主的情况应该没问题。多投几个，然后自己挑一下吧。

我也觉得基本上是二楼那个意思，因为录取这个事情如果教授坚持的话，学校方面一般是不会阻挠的，但是看眼下这个情况大概是教授手里面没有资金，也不愿意为你将来可能出现的经济问题担责任，所以就建议你先自己去找奖学金为自己提供经济保障，如果这个问题解决了，他就可以比较放心地录取你而不用为将来有太多的担心。
但是DAAD的奖学金并不是那么好申请的，尤其是和有关学校并没有明确的合作项目的话，自己就这样贸然去尝试，基本是个碰运气的事情，教授如果自己不是大牛的话，推荐函也不一定起到什么作用，对此要有心理准备，不过试一试当然也没有什么坏处。除了DAAD之外还可以申请德国一些其他的基金会的奖学金，但是一般前提是已经注册入学了，而且要有很好的成绩单，总体上文科奖学金是粥少僧多，成功率也是比较低的。

I believe the professor is pleased to admit you as his doctoral student. In other words, admission is out of question in your case.

Now what is of the biggest concern is the funding of your PhD study. As a common plight, seeking a source to fund the research is always a tough task for professors in social science. Therefore, it is straightforward for the professor to resort to some foundations who could give you a hand.

The application of a scholarship proves to be dependent on your luck, the fit of your topic with the aim of the foundation, the support and the network of your professor. As the above posts indicate, there is no guarantee.

In addition to DAAD, there are also some foundations in Germany sponsored by political parties. Such foundations favor applicants who research in social science, especially in politics, human rights and so forth. As a matter of fact, your research topic does really fit to them. Perhaps they will find interest.

楼上这些奖学金申请都挺繁琐的，好些都是人要在德国才方便申请。申请过第一个，要先和一个负责人见面，看满意了给你表格，需要准备德语申请材料，然后是初审，通过后再进行两次面试，最后才决定给不给。

除此之外还需要是已经有博士生的注册身份了，入校之前这类奖学金应该无法申请的。

有个折衷的办法是和教授商量能否给少点的钱先过来，然后申请奖学金。有人就是这样操作的。
